The hotel is reasonably clean, well-maintained and has great location near to everything value for money. It has polite staff from cleaners to reception desk. Overall fresh food, plus there is Uncle Peds close by.

Huge and spotless units with fresh towels, a view of the waterpark for the children, for instance. Fab and amazing location in a really friendly area short walk to all shops beach and indoor market, all the main pubs, and nightlife.

The hotel was newly remodelled, had particularly nice views and magnificent location right by all shops beach and indoor market as well as pubs and beach lifts. The staff were polite people from cleaners to reception desk and king room was the best. It was big size, the bed was large.

Great value and quiet little hotel, I loved its very central location just next door to all shops restaurants, and a children's waterpark as an added bonus. I had the queen room which was huge on the lower floors.
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

I liked this nice little hotel, it did not disappoint. The location was marvellous in a pretty nice area, adjacent to all the bars, the main pubs / clubs and indoor market. My food was fresh and freshly made.

We booked extremely spacious family room on the lower floors and could use wake-up service, available in it. A safe, central heating, and a work desk turned out to be good.

stayed in benidorm before, but this time rosamar exceeded expectations. great location, spacious rooms, good food, and a small balcony. loved the security measures and easy access to the beach and nightlife. perfect for families with kids.
Aircon was rubbish.

We really only used the hotel as a base but it was absolutely fine for this purpose
The restaurant at breakfast time was very full and altough there was plenty of choice it seemed very cramped

Very efficient very well run hotel everything and every one there knew their job and performed it well, the food was good and I would stay there again,.It was very good value for money and we had a very pleaant stay.
We like plenty fo tea in the morning, and walking up and down the long restaurant to fill small cups was very tedious. We went out for breakfast after three days a pot of tea in the morning is essential for us.
